1. Introduction & Agreement
This Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") is between you and MyBond platform operated by RR Finance Services. The Services being provided herein relate to electronic services and information ("Services") to which you will have electronic access depending upon your user category through our website http://mybond.in/ (the "Site").
If you are a registered client, this Agreement is in addition to, and does not nullify, any other agreement between you and us including the Privacy Policy and any annexures thereto.
Important: By clicking "I Accept" during registration, you agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. Until acceptance, you have no right to access restricted areas of the Site. Guests are deemed to accept terms by using the Site.
The terms and conditions contained herein may be amended, altered, supplemented, revoked, rescinded or replaced by us, whether in full or in part, from time to time as may be notified on the Site or in such other manner as we may deem fit.
2. Services Provided
MyBond shall provide you with electronic access to various Services including:
- Online bond platform services and investment information
- Order routing system for securities traded on recognized exchanges
- Portfolio management tools, market watch, and research reports
- Electronic communication channels with our platform
- Value added services including stock watch, portfolio aggregators, and transaction summaries
We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or introduce new Services at our discretion. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of modifications.
Service Fees: We may charge a separate service fee for transactions above certain thresholds, with prior notification to registered clients.
User Categories:
- Guests: Limited access to sample Services without registration
- Registered Clients: Full electronic access to Services after registration and verification
3. User Credentials & Security
As part of registration, you will receive unique User Identification and One Time Password (OTP) for authentication. You are responsible for:
- Confidentiality: Maintaining secrecy of your credentials
- Authorization: Ensuring you are the only authorized user
- Liability: All activities conducted using your credentials
- Notification: Immediately informing us of any unauthorized access or security flaws
Security Alert: We may revoke credentials at any time without prior notice if security is compromised. You are fully liable for unauthorized use of your credentials.
Electronic Recording: You acknowledge and consent to electronic recording and monitoring of all communications between you and our platform for security and compliance purposes.

- We are not liable for third-party content or linked sites
- We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted services
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control including:
- Natural disasters, acts of God
- Government actions, regulatory changes
- System failures, network issues, hardware/software errors
- Labor disputes, civil unrest, strikes
- Theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to information

6. Your Representations & Warranties
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are of legal age and capable of entering this Agreement
- All information provided is accurate and complete
- You will use Services only for lawful purposes
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You accept all risks associated with electronic trading
- You will not engage in unfair or manipulative market practices
Non-Resident Indians: If applicable, you agree to abide by Foreign Exchange Management Act regulations and other applicable laws including tax, foreign exchange, and capital control requirements.
Security Responsibilities: You agree to immediately notify us in writing if you discover or suspect unauthorized access through your credentials or notice any discrepancies.
7. Trade Cancellation & Refund Policy
As a regulated platform, MyBond adheres strictly to applicable guidelines regarding trade cancellation and refunds:
- Cancellation requests are governed by regulatory frameworks and exchange rules
- Refunds are processed per exchange rules and regulations
- Investments carry inherent risks; read all documents carefully
- You may refrain from placing orders before final confirmation
Important: Refer to current exchange circulars for specific cancellation policies applicable to your transactions. We follow SEBI guidelines and exchange regulations for all trade cancellations.
Note: Orders accepted during off-market hours will be sent to exchanges on the next trading day.
8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by laws of the Republic of India without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration:
- Disputes related to exchange transactions shall be resolved through arbitration per exchange rules
- Other disputes shall be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996
- The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by us
Jurisdiction: For all matters, parties submit to exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India. For exchange-related matters, proper courts within respective Regional Arbitration Centre shall have jurisdiction.
Regulatory Note: Reserve Bank of India regulates investments by non-resident Indians.
9. Confidentiality
We shall use reasonable precautions to maintain confidentiality of your information, but acknowledge that electronic transmission carries inherent security risks. We may disclose information to:
- Our employees, representatives, officers, and affiliates
- Governmental or regulatory entities or recognized stock exchanges
- Service providers for business purposes
- Comply with applicable rules, orders, subpoenas, or legal process
Your personal and financial information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement and access to Services by giving 30 days notice. We may terminate immediately for violation of terms.
We may discontinue or change Services or their availability at any time. Certain provisions including Limitation of Liability and Confidentiality shall survive termination.
11. Miscellaneous
Amendments: We may modify these terms at any time upon notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
Assignment: You may not assign this Agreement without our written permission. We may assign this Agreement to affiliates or successors.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your breach of this Agreement or violation of any rights.
Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
12. Communications
By providing consent during registration, you agree to receive communications from us via telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, etc. relating to Services provided through the platform.
Trade confirmations, notifications, and other communications will be sent electronically and deemed valid delivery when made available through web posting or email.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using MyBond platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services.
These terms constitute the complete agreement between you and us regarding use of Services and supersede all prior agreements. These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
